Bitcoin Cash (BCH) Hard Fork: Depositing and Withdrawal Suspension

Dear valued customers,

In order to support the hard fork of Bitcoin Cash (BCH), we will suspend the depositing and withdrawal of BCH from 09:00 Nov 15, 2019 (UTC) until the work is complete.

To ensure the safety of your assets, you are advised not to deposit and withdraw your BCH during the upgrade. Please note that you should deposit margins in advance to avoid the risks involved during derivatives and margin trading.

Details:

1. Suspension of Depositing and Withdrawals

The hard fork of BCH will take place at 12:00 Nov 15, 2019 (UTC), and BCH depositing and withdrawal services will be suspended at 09:00 Nov 15, 2019 (UTC).

2. Resumption of Depositing and Withdrawals

Services will be resumed when the BCH mainnet is stable. Please refer to our further announcements on the resumption time.

3. This hard fork is only a technical upgrade, which will not create a fork token.
